Why should I use NCH to buy my property?

Our motto is “We don’t just sell properties, we sell a lifestyle”. At NCH we offer a bespoke service and this is reflected in the relationship we have with all our clients, we want everyone to understand that nothing is too much trouble for us.
When moving to another country, the infrastructure is different, and creating and setting up utility accounts, banking, insurances etc. often appears a little confusing – it is our pleasure to advise and help you with all of these things.

How easy is it for me to find a property when I live outside of Spain?

With our help, it ́s easy and hassle free, as we have a large portfolio of properties from which to choose those that match your criteria.

What type of properties do you have and where are they?

We have properties to suit each and every budget located all along the coast from Estepona to La Cala de Mijas. Real estate agents on the Costa del Sol use a multi-listing system, so we are able to have access to all the properties within our real estate network. This ensures we can offer you a great portfolio of properties to find the perfect home for you and your family.

Property Viewings

We at NCH, pride ourselves in showing our stunning property portfolio. Ideally 2-3 days should be spent viewing properties, giving you a good understanding of the areas and the lifestyle, along with everything else Marbella and its surroundings has to offer. We appreciate that these viewings must be tailored to suit you with your available timings.

We will meet you on your arrival at Malaga or Gibraltar airport and drive you to where you are staying, having already sent you an agenda with full viewings and our itinerary incorporating the Marbella lifestyle and any requests you may have.

Legal Services

Firstly we strongly recommend appointing a reputable lawyer who will offer impartial, professional and honest advice throughout the process.

Your lawyer will assist you with your applications for an NIE number (Numero de Identidad de Extranjeros, a tax identification number), and the opening of a Spanish bank account, both legal requirements for ownership of a property in Spain and also necessary for dealing with utility companies and car purchase. You may receive personal advice from family or friends, or alternatively we can recommend one of our five preferred lawyers.

In all instances we greatly value transparency and can help by guiding you in the right direction and easing this sometimes long winded task.

Land and Plots – Architects and Builders

We at New Contemporary Homes specialise in turnkey building projects, offer our clients the very best architects and builders, all of whom have impressive portfolios.

Turnkey projects offer a sound investment opportunity, buying a plot of land and building a villa can bring a handsome return.
Currently, Banco Sabadell is offering extremely favourable mortgage terms and conditions on all turnkey projects, offering up to 65% of the plot and build.

There has been a huge demand by investors over the last 18 months, purchasing development land all along the Costa del Sol. This along with many individual investors wishing to design and build their own family homes has meant that plots are now difficult to find and purchase in prime locations. We actively dedicate time to searching for those not listed in any database and pride ourselves in offering our investors the very best plots here in Marbella and the surrounding areas.

We can build your beautiful New Contemporary Home within 15 months from the land purchase date. In Benahavís, all planning permissions are granted within 40 working days, making it a highly desirable investment area.
Marbella is a great place to invest but it will take longer to obtain planning approval due to the recent changes in the Marbella PGOU (planning committee).

If you prefer a totally indoor shopping experience, you can either head to La Cañada in Marbella, or Marina Banus Shopping Centre which has got some great child friendly facilities including Camelot Park.
