The Golf Valley

La Quinta Within the Golden Triangle
Nueva Andalucía is ideally situated within walking distance of Puerto Banús and the many restaurants and clubs in the leisure port, and all the local beaches are easily accessible, within walking distance or a short drive.
Forming part of Nueva Andalucía is La Quinta – which houses a Westin La Quinta Hotel & Spa and La Quinta Golf Club. The area is now undergoing intense development in Real de La Quinta with lakeside villas with water sports and a man-made beach and beautiful new hillside villas will add to this already attractive leisure enclave comprising highly desirable properties.
The high point of La Quinta meets the Ronda road at Los Arqueros Golf and from here, the area blends with Benahavis, which in turn meets Estepona, forming the so-called Golden Triangle of coveted residential area on the coast.
